Returns

You have the right to return any product purchased from our website within 30 days of placing your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item was damaged during transport, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

If you purchased a Mellow Ritual product through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for any return queries.

Claims

Despite our rigorous quality controls, issues can occasionally occur. If you believe your product has a defect, we're here to help. Each case is handled individually. Please note that claims resulting from improper use will not be accepted.
